Ballet Mississippi performs at Blair Batson Light-A-Light

The Sugarplum Fairy and many other Ballet Mississippi dancers performed exerpts from The Nutcracker after the formal tree lighting ceremony at the Friends of the Children's Hospital Light-A-Light Festival on December 9, 2008. Other costumed cast members distributed Ballet Mississippi's 2008 collectible Nutcracker posters, and dancers were available to autograph posters after the performance.

Blair E. Batson Children's Hospital has played a positive role in the lives many of our Ballet Mississippi families, and we are honored to have had this wonderful opportunity to give back to our community and state by sharing the beauty and art of ballet, while assisting The Friends of the Children's Hospital.
